Phil KirschnerDirector of Workplace Strategy
Phil Kirschner is a Director of Workplace Strategy for WeWork, where he is committed to making WeWork the strategy of choice for enterprises that must provide high performance workplaces for their employees and investors. In this role, Phil integrates workplace strategy and change management best practices throughout the WeWork lifecycle. Given his technology background and 15 years of experience leading and advising strategic change initiatives, Phil brings an innovative perspective to WeWork and its growing member base. Phil joined WeWork from JLL, where he was a Senior Vice President in the Workplace Strategy practice. Before this, Kirschner served as the Americas Head of Workplace Strategy for Credit Suisse, where he developed global space standards, including the award-winning “Smart Working” mobility program. Phil earned his B.S. in Computer Science, with honors, from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, and has been quoted as a workplace expert in numerous publications about coworking and the future of work.
